I had to format my drive and SNM product would not work with the new windows key. I have emailed them 3 times and get only automated responses. I paid for their service in November 2006 and it appears to me that's all the time I'll be getting for my money. I like their product but they don't seem to care about their paying customer's problems.

They claim 24/7 customer service. I bought three licenses, the first one works fine, but when one attempts to dowmload the 2nd, one gets invlaid receipt notices continually. I have contacted their "customer service" help desk at least 20 times with no legitimate response over a 72 hour time period, other than automted responses. So if all those guys are coming in every day to write new spyware, perhaps they could take a time out and answer some of their paying customers issues.
