Static Email Backup can easy backup your message store from Windows Mail, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, Outlook, Becky!, Thunderbird, IncrediMail and Eudora. You can compress your archive or setup a password to encrypt it. You also can transfer the backed up archive into FTP server or burn it to CD/DVD writable device.

I had to get the latest version (2.5c) from another site, but it worked very well from the preliminary test I just did backing up/restoring Windows Live Mail's Message Store (default and non-default locations) and Registry Items. Even my signatures were restored correctly (something I could not do with a normal export/import of that registry item).
